This creamy, high protein, low-carb blended latte is loaded with healthy fats, and delicious way to fuel your morning!

Ingredients
Herbal Tea
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon Cacao Butter
3-8 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts
Stevia to taste (Regular or Vanilla Flavored)
Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
Steep Tea to desired strength, add liquid to blender
Add the Coconut Oil, Cacao Butter, Hemp Hearts, Stevia and Salt to bender
Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes
Pour and enjoy!
Notes
I usually use a mix of Roasted Dandelion and Chicory Tea. Any tea of your choosing works though. I've tried Lavender, Holy Basil, Herbal Chai and Honey Bush Tea, just to name a few!
