Grain Free Hemp Porridge

Simple, healthy and delicious! This grain-free porridge is packed with protein and healthy fats to start your day off right!

Ingredients
8 tablespoons hemp hearts (soaked overnight)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup warm water
pinch of sea salt
stevia to taste
Instructions
Soak your hemp hearts overnight
Add coconut oil, chia seeds and warm water to blender
Blend on high for about 30 seconds
Drain hemp hearts and add to a small sauce pan, add coconut oil and chia seed mixture
Stir over medium heat for 5-10 minutes
Reduce heat to medium-low for another 5-10 minutes
Stir in salt and stevia
Notes
For extra creamy porridge, add 2 tablespoons of the soaked hemp hearts to the blender with the coconut oil and chia seeds.
